BLACK AND PINK

The winter is holding on to us. It was a gloomy day and I was wondering if its OK to wear bright colors in winter. People say bright colors should be shelved in the winter but I like to wear them all year around coz too much dull and dark coats and boots in these days is making winter more gloomy. So I just mixed the bright color with the dark one.
